A group of people needs to reflect regularly about their vision, goals, approach and rules. During these meetings we always observe that the group’s dynamics determine the results. Some people have a strong impact on the debate while others hardly intervene.

I'll  help the debate in such a way that you get the best out of each participant, that the output is concrete and the action plan workable. I'll  make sure that as a true team “Together Everybody Achieves More”!

• Conflict management:
  

Conflicts are explicitly or implicitly present in any group. These conflicts take a heavy toll on efficiency and job satisfaction on a daily basis.
I'll take time with all of you to look the proverbial “conflict-lion” straight in the eye in order to convert it into a positive outcome.

• Teambuilding:
  

A strong team is the foundation for every success. With this service I address both existing teams as well as teams that are still to be formed.

My approach is characterized by working from the real needs from real people. I do not work with pre-defined profiles. We'll allow full space for the uniqueness of each person and his or her prominent contribution to the success of your story.
