The core of the services offered by “Interpersonal Dynamics Optimizer” are aiming towards individuals, groups and companies. Towards the optimization of their interpersonal dynamics.
Two fitting accents can be found in the logo.
First of all the “I” of “Interpersonal” and the “D” of “Dynamics” form “ID”. This is a beautiful link to “identity” or that what strongly characterizes an individual, a group of people or a company. This identity is born from the interpersonal dynamics, from the interaction between a person and the world around him.
Secondly, the “O2” or chemical formula for “oxygen” fits beautifully into the logo. It is my goal to give people, groups and companies a form of “oxygen”. This will be achieved through psychotherapeutical work, group sessions and through advice on personnel management.

I also coach intense medical interventions. I'll deliver psychological care for the different stages like preparation, intervention and revalidation.

Being an active sporter since the age of 7 I offer you loads of real-life experience in the sports arena combined with my psychological accumen. I will coach sportsmen and women towards their optimal state of mind during competitions. In addition to that, I will guide you during set-backs and through the learning curve every athlete inevitably experiences. Also, I will offer assistance during the reintegrationprocess into the "normal" life after competition.
A group of people needs to reflect regularly about their vision, goals, approach and rules. During these meetings we always observe that the group’s dynamics determine the results. Some people have a strong impact on the debate while others hardly intervene. I'll help the debate in such a way that you get the best out of each participant, that the output is concrete and the action plan workable.
