Sometimes life may seem far from being a gift, but is rather a rut and torment. Maybe you simply would want to stay in bed the whole day long?
Together we'll look for a way out of the negative spiral in which you are caught. We'll return to a life worth living… maybe even a life with a new purpose? Maybe we'll achieve at defining your own new “sense of purpose”?

Each individual can reach a point in one’s life where important questions pop up. What shall I do with my life? What direction to take? What choices to make? What position to take? … Family and friends are clearly supporting, albeit often moralizing and one dimensional.
Together we'll clarify the questions and place them in their perspective. I will guide you to list concrete options and clear the path for to autonomous choices.

When you're suffering from a long term illness (cancer, HIV/Aids, chronically tired, MS, … ) you have a heavy burden to carry that cannot always be shared with family or friends.
In these situations I will be your objective interlocutor, who will walk the path with you towards improvement of your life’s quality. In the worst case I will guide you through a worthy goodbye.
I also coach intense medical interventions. I'll deliver psychological care for the different stages like preparation, intervention and revalidation.
The accompaniment can be for the patient, but also for the partner, a familymember, …

You're never supposed to be alone during the processing of a loss, a personal experience that struck hard or a traumatizing experience. Together we'll make sure that you can cope with what happened, canalize the emotions and take control again in a step-by-step manner.

When a relationship is going through rough times and there is still sufficient mutual appreciation to give a future together a fair chance, I can be your bridge over troubled waters.
With the greatest respect for the people involved we will analyse the mutual points of frustration and work out solutions that will pave the way towards a healthy relationship in which love can flourish.

I will support you to make a wise choice of study. I'll also accompany you during the studies to get well organized and manage stress. I will also help during study-reorientation and to process a failure during which we take the time and space to identify personal strengths and achievable dreams.

A career is a long and complex route that can bring forth many questions: What job fits best? In what kind of organisation do I fit best? What are my true ambitions? What is my professional goal? How do I behave best in a meeting taking into account my own personality traits? How do I optimally steer my team? What are the unsurpassable career-steps in function of my goals? … Both as a psychologist and from my extensive company experience I can bring high-grade knowhow in order to treat these questions professionally and to translate them into concrete action plans.

Being an active sporter since the age of 7 I offer you loads of real-life experience in the sports arena combined with my psychological accumen. I will coach sportsmen and women towards their optimal state of mind during competitions. In addition to that, I will guide you during set-backs and through the learning curve every athlete inevitably experiences. Also, I will offer assistance during the reintegrationprocess into the "normal" life after competition.

How I work with groups

Towards groups :

A group of people needs to reflect regularly about their vision, goals, approach and rules. During these meetings we always observe that the group’s dynamics determine the results. Some people have a strong impact on the debate while others hardly intervene. I'll help the debate in such a way that you get the best out of each participant, that the output is concrete and the action plan workable. I'll make sure that as a true team “Together Everybody Achieves More”!

Conflicts are explicitly or implicitly present in any group. These conflicts take a heavy toll on efficiency and job satisfaction on a daily basis.
I'll take time with all of you to look the proverbial “conflict-lion” straight in the eye in order to convert it into a positive outcome..
